We highly recommend that you encourage everyone in your family/group to use the restrooms on the first level of our building before coming upstairs to Kids Square. These large, multi-stall restrooms are perfect for accommodating multiple people. These restrooms are located to the left behind the stairway.

Rules are important and will be reviewed at EACH VISIT to the museum. Please be patient as our rules are designed to keep children safe and to give everyone in the museum a similar experience in each exhibit area. Parents are asked to help enforce rules. Kids Square Staff is required to address rules that are being broken.

·       Adults must be accompanied by a child.

·       Toys cannot be removed from the exhibit area you are exploring. This ensures ALL children have the same experience as you.

·       Clean up together before exiting an exhibit. This not only helps with tripping hazards, it teaches responsibility.

·       Leave shoes on while at the museum except for our “shoe off zones” that are clearly marked.

·       No food, drink or gum allowed in the museum. A small snack area is provided outside of museum that patrons are welcome to use. Re-entry to the museum on the same day is free of charge.

·       Parents and caregivers are responsible for their children’s behavior and will be responsible for any damage to exhibits that was the result of abuse.

·       All ride-on toys (with wheels) must stay on the road.

·       Use walking feet at all times.

·       Please follow any safety signs displayed throughout the museum, paying close attention to each exhibits individual rules.  Exhibits are unique and some require more attention than others.
