Birthday Party Rental Options
Standard Party Rental Options
For Birthday Party member prices, you must be a member by the date of the party.
Memberships cannot be used for admission to birthday parties.
Option #1 Standard birthday party for 1-25 Attendees: $250+Tax (Member) / $310+Tax (Non Member)
- Maximum 25 attendees includes birthday child/family, all children, adults and family members over the age of 1
- If you exceed 25 maximum attendees on the day of your party, you will be changed to an Option #2 Standard Birthday Party for 26-40 attendees with an additional payment due of of $105 (Member) or $140 (Non-Member)
Option #2 Standard birthday party for 26-40 Attendees: $355+Tax (Member) / $450+Tax (Non Member)
There will be a $12 per person charge for 40+ attendees.
- Maximum 40 attendees includes birthday child/family, all children, adults and family members over the age of 1
- If you exceed 40 maximum attendees on the day of your party, you must pay $10 for each attendee over 40 attendees
Option #1 & 2 Party Details
- Party dates and times offered
- Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-11:00am, 1:00-3:00pm, 4:00-6:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-3:00pm
- Two-Hour Standard Party packages include museum playtime, a private party room and the following:
- Kids Square provides white plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. Party host has a choice of tablecloth color for the party: red, yellow, sky blue, navy blue, green, lime green, pink, orange, purple.
- You may bring birthday cake, food items, and drinks which may be consumed in the party room only. No ice is available so you may bring a cooler with ice for your use. Alcohol is not permitted.
- You may bring goody bags for your attendees
- You may use your own decorations except piñatas, confetti, glitter, window or wall signs or clings
- Party Host may arrive 20 minutes prior to the party start time to set up in private party room
- Your two-hour party time slot can be used as you prefer in the reserved party area or for museum play, but the private party room will close one-half hour prior to the party end time for cleaning – 10:30am, 2:30pm, or 5:30pm based on the time slot you book. Please enjoy the last one-half hour of your time with museum play
- All party attendees must exit the museum promptly at the party end time of 11:00am, 3:00pm, or 6:00pm
Themed Party Rental Options
Option #3 Themed birthday party for 1-25 Attendees: $310+Tax (Member) / $370+Tax (Non Member)
- Maximum 25 attendees includes birthday child/family, all children, adults and family members over the age of 1
- If you exceed 25 maximum attendees on the day of your party, you will be changed to an Option #4 Standard Birthday Party for 26-40 attendees with an additional payment due of of $105 (Member) or $140 (Non-Member)
Option #4 Themed birthday party for 26-40 Attendees: $415+Tax (Member) / $510+Tax (Non Member)
There will be a $12 per person charge for 40+ attendees.
- Maximum 40 attendees includes birthday child/family, all children, adults and family members over the age of 1
- If you exceed 40 maximum attendees on the day of your party, you must pay $10 for each attendee over 40 attendees
Option #3 & 4 Party Details
- Party dates and times offered
- Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-11:00am, 1:00-3:00pm, 4:00-6:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-3:00pm
- Two-Hour Themed Party packages include museum playtime, a private party room and the following:
- Choice of party theme: Princess, Frozen, Dinosaur, LEGO, Construction, Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, or Superheroes
- Themed centerpieces, balloons, and backdrop for photo ops (these are property of Kids Square and are reused for other parties). Themed toys will be available in the museum for party guests to enjoy
- You may bring birthday cake, food items, and drinks which may be consumed in the party room only. No ice is available so you may bring a cooler with ice for your use. Alcohol is not permitted.
- You may provide goody bags for your party attendees at the conclusion of the party
- You may use your own decorations except piñatas, confetti, glitter, window or wall signs or clings
- Party Host may arrive 20 minutes prior to the party start time to set up in private party room

Private party for up to 50 Attendees: $700+Tax (Member) / $850+Tax (Non Member)
There will be a $16 per person charge for 50+ attendees.
This is an after-hours event that takes place from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
